In 2000 at Kalyvia Skydra our laboratory began its operation . A cottage industry had to marry tradition with modern lifestyle. So we got fresh ingredients, fresh pasteurized cow’s milk, one-day’s eggs, and meal of first quality , tossed them in appropriate dose for you and  made homemade pasta as our grandmothers used to make.
In all the above we had to add one more thing, love and responsibility, to guarantee you the best quality of our products. The pasta is free from additives and preservatives, made with traditional methods and ingredients, so it can boil in 2 to 4 minutes. (It could be described and ecological, since there is no waste of energy to cook). We make them for you, we give them to our children, so  confidently give them to yours.
