The family Oikonomou has created a workshop of traditional pasta “Thracian Dough” in 2003. Its purpose is to preserve and spread recipes and flavors offered by the rich culinary tradition of the habitants.
The laboratory is located in Aigeiro, seat of the municipality a few kilometers outside the town of Komotini and very close to sources of raw materials.
For the production of traditional pasta “Thracian Dough” the family Oikonomou uses pure and fresh raw materials, which are processed with modern equipment.
The traditional pasta “Thracian Dough” are products with guaranteed quality and high nutritional value and are ideal for many recipes of Greek and international cuisine.
