Our love for the art of wine making and the desire for the land cultivation lead Dieter Sendker from Hamburg to create the Mourapata estate in 1990.
The desire became reality in Skydra, where Dieter created a vineyard of 45 acres, ideal for the growth of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
With the help of Chrysochoos winery in Naousa and the experience of the oenologist Nikos Bersos, the estate presented its three table wines Mourapata, Pothos and Melina.
During these 18 years of evolution and loyal wine making, the vineyard has been meeting high standards of cultivation, respecting the land and the ecology beliefs.
Our production is 900 kilos per acre and the whole process of production and bottling is strictly tested, as long as the samples are often taken. That’s why we insist on creating perfect wines.
The desire for creation and delight continues til today being our motivation to produce the special wines Mourapata.
