At the end of August, during the harvest, in the region of Gargaliani Messinia, where our vineyards are located, we carefully collect the best of our grapes. For the sweet syrup, we use only the known range of Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives an intense deep red color and excellent flavor.
The product quality is high, it is produced in a traditional way without impurities and preservatives.
The significant nutritional value is indisputable and, because of the iron it contains, is an ideal supplement for patients with anemia.
It is used both in confectionery (must cookies, “moustalevria”) and cooking (sweet-sour sauces and salads).
