Our olives are produced in our olive grove, in Rovies, Evia, in our 350 acres estate. The microclimate of the region, the fertile soil, the organic farming (certified by BIO HELLAS) and our personal care is our guarantee for excellent quality of olives and olive oil.
The varieties we grow are “Amfissa”, “Kalamata”, “Spanish” and “Koroni”. The olives are harvested by hand, one to one and those from which we are going to produce olive oil are in the oil mill not later than 48 hours.
The oil is produced in the cooperative oil mill in Rovies by cold pressing, with temperatures not exceeding 27° C at all stages.
Our olive oil is ideal for salads and cooking. You can use it in sweets too. Store in a cool and shady place.
Additionaly, we created a hostel in the estate. Enjoy the hospitality of our 10 double rooms, walk the signposted paths of the grove and taste the olives and our oil.
