Our company, which since the 1990’s, has to do with food in Arachova (tavern “Agnantio”) has created a laboratory of local traditional products (Genima Gis) in Stiri, in Viotia. Following old local recipes, that have been tried for many years, producing noodles and traditional “trachana” carrying our brand name “Arachova”. We use hard Greek grains, fresh eggs and fresh milk, in order to manufacture the noodles. The wheat frumenty made with hard wheat bulgur and goat’s milk. The sour frumenty is made fromsour milk and wheat flour. All our products are handmade and manufactured with the supervision of the producer. Our laboratory is the only one in our region, usingtraditional recipes, noodles and frumenty.
