We are ten women from the village of the Mount Psiloritis, Gergeri. Having the desire to keep alive the homemade recipes which we inherited, that we use daily in our homes, we established a partnership that became our main work and our enormous desire to promote the value of our traditional recipes and the whole Cretan dietary. Our products are made from pure ingredients, based on home recipes and contain no preservatives.
