Welcome at our new facilities of snails’ rearing, that operates at Panetolio region, in Etoloakarnania prefecture, in the west part of Greece.
There are 4 separate units of 700 sq.m. and our production potential reaches the amount of 2 tons per year, of snails of the species Helix Aspersa Muller and Helix Aspersa Maxima.
The construction of the productive started in September 2010 and finished in January 2011, following all the modern standards that ensure the product’s quality and the security of the consumers.
Our region is suitable for the snails’ rearing, because of the wet environment and the mild winter. This propitious circumstances, helped our unit to develop, having as target, the growth of our unit, in order to increase the production, trying to respond at the needs of the european market.
