The family business of Anastasios Tsentemidis started operating in 1987. The first handmade products, peach compote and tomato sauce, are available in local stores, sought after for their quality. Cowardly, timidly, the home industry is expanding, it is active with more products, increasing the items to 18. Our products are made, basically, with materials of local and controlled production. Some of the products are cultivated by the Tsentemidis family, on estates in Rizochori, Aridea. You give special attention to the unique local varieties, such as the red peppers of Florina (originating from our region) and the hot peppers of Bachovo.
