We began in 1992, first carving the path of search old farm recipes. We insist on handmade production without line, whithout machinery larger than a homely kitchen and without preservatives. We cook, we make all our product with respect to the seasons.
The natural dried pasta is made with flour of whole grain, between the millstones grind in our 305 years restored watermill Lesvos, 13 km from the town of Mytilene. We mix them with fresh vegetables in many shapes and flavours and we have a wide range of traditional pasta. Pasta with saffron from Kozani pasta with squid ink and noodles with fresh milk and eggs.
The wide variety of our products includes sauces, pickles, vegetable oil, olive frumenty, oatmeal, olive paste and vegetables pate, gum products, rice, natural treatment, risotto delicacies of the sea, tyromezedes, award-winning flavored oils and vinegars marmelades and jams, honey cakes raisined and bites of fruit, cakes and jams without sugar. Characterized by its wide variety of Greek dishes based on traditional Greek Mediterranean recipes.
Each product is manufactured following the old, traditional recipes and production patterns in ideas and execution of the rich material collected by Christina Panteleimoniti.
