The workshop of traditional pasta and cookies of Mirsini Chrysokefalou-Chorou has been creates due to the love for traditional dishes. The traditional recipes of Limnos have been the reason of its creation, that is why it took its name from the traditional language of Limnos. Traditional sweets, pasta, cookies, pies, cheesepies without preservatives, made of pure materials, such as flour from hard wheat, sheep milk and fresh eggs from Limnos’ cottages.
