Our pasta production takes place according to the traditional way, which is also followed by the housewives in Etoloakarnania and Epirus in order to make their pasta, with semolina, sheep milk and fresh eggs. For the packaging, modern methods are applied.
It is also important that our pasta needs 3 – 4 minutes to get ready, while the classic pasta needs 7 – 10 minutes.
